Adriana Evans is a Girl Scout leader who is out of patience for the naughty behavior that some of the girls in her troop are displaying. Dorothy, for example, seems more interested in aesthetics than anything else, and is willing to lie and steal to achieve the goal of 'looking perfect' as a scout. Adriana won't tolerate this: Dorothy is being a naughty little baby, so she's going to treat her like one.
